BCA provides services around optimizing its members’ execution, operation, and inventory management. BCA members have determined that the BCA team can best assist their execution through centralized support of:

  • Sales
    In addition to their members’ sales efforts, BCA provides sales and sales support for selling its members’ own and/or collective products and services.
  • Networking / Education
    Throughout the year BCA provides its members with multiple virtual and in-person educational and networking events focused on exchanging ideas, education, and solutions on a wide-range of topics including technical, operational, financial, industry trends, etc.
  • Process Optimization
    BCA provides opportunities to participate in Lean, Six-Sigma and other process optimization programs. Benchmarking and sharing of best practices allow centers to collectively improve processes by becoming more efficient and driving cost out of operations.
  • IRB Support
    BCA now has a centralized IRB service to support healthy-donor collections by those members wanting to add this service but are currently without their own IRB or IRB provider.
